Tekken 2

Tekken 2 is the second major installment of the Tekken series, a fighting game developed by Namco. It was first launched in August 1995 on arcades, and later in 1996, it was ported to the PlayStation. There total of 25 characters in this game, of which 17 are from the Original Tekken, while 8 were introduced. Each character has a full-motion video ending that shows the story. Gameplay and Graphics

The graphics have improved a lot, and the movement feels smooth like butter. The text colors are simple, and some textures are used effectively. Overall, it has a modernized version of a 90s design. However, compared to today’s games, it’s hard to tell which color palette is being used since modern developers often use gradient combinations. The background music is a bit loud and doesn’t quite match the theme. The backgrounds are 2D with sharp edges, which makes them look less natural—but still better than the broken pixels we saw in Tekken 1.

The gameplay is decent. The characters look slightly cartoonish, but the variety and combos are excellent. Even the character shadows add a nice touch of realism. You can use different moves and strategies to win each match.
